Technology Support

Twin Valley School District will be using three online learning management systems to serve our students online learning needs. At our elementary schools we will be using a combination of Seesaw and Google Classroom. At our middle and high schools we will be using a combination of Google Classroom and Schoology. Added information from SERVICE ELECTRIC:

With students at home now in an eLearning environment, Service Electric Cablevision (SECV) will offer 90 days free Internet service to students and teachers who do not already subscribe to SECV Internet. This offer includes the 40M x 4M tier of Internet service, along with a free cable modem rental. It applies only to new customers that have not subscribed to SECV Internet service within the last sixty (60) days. Self-installation required with the assistance of a technician outside the residence to ensure the safety of our employees. All new customers must provide written proof of their child’s current enrollment at a local school in SECV’s service area. All teachers must reside in SECV’s service area and provide evidence of current employment status. Other restrictions may apply. ChromeBook Support

During the time of the school closure, the TVSD Tech department will be offering tech support for students with district-issued devices or account password resets. To access support, please go to our Tech Support page at https://tvsd.sherpadesk.com. Click the button for "Live Chat" to begin a tech support session.

For after hours support, please click the link for "After hours support form". A technician will respond to you via email within 24-hours.

Tech support is available between 9am-3pm Mon-Fri. If hardware support is necessary, appointments will be set up for Tuesdays and Thursdays.
